Order Processing & Shipping Times
Orders placed, paid, and processed before 12:00 PM (noon) PST on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) typically ship the same business day.
Orders placed, paid, and processed after 12:00 PM PST, or on weekends and holidays, will ship the following business day.
After your order is submitted, approved, and payment is received, it will be carefully filled, professionally packaged for stability and discretion, and shipped via a reputable carrier such as USPS (or other trusted services depending on order requirements).
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

FlawlessBioLabs.com is not responsible or liable for:
• Carrier delays, errors, lost, stolen, or damaged packages after shipment leaves our facility
• Delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
• Weather-related delays, customs holds (for international orders), force majeure events, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
While we will gladly assist by providing tracking information or escalating issues directly with the carrier on your behalf, we cannot offer refunds, replacements, or compensation for shipping-related problems outside our direct control.
